Today is May 21, 2011. On this day, at 6 pm eastern standard time is suppose to mark the apocalypse. According to Harold Camping this is the exact day and time the world as we know it is going to end. What I was taught is that no one knows the day, nor the hour when Jesus is coming. My thought is why would someone question the word of God? Or even change it. I personally am very afraid of changing anything that is laid out in the Bible. Much of what is in the bible has already come to pass. All the wars and destruction, whether it be natural or man made, has come, gone and is here.
The prediction of today being the end of the world contradicts the belief that on December 21, 2012 is going to be the end of the world. There has been so many theories and predictions about the end and each time those moments have come and gone. To be totally realistic no one truly knows when the Apocalypse is going to happen, only God knows.
